Terms, Conditions and Procedure for placing order

  1. Sri Balaji Biotech is supplying the plants as Ex-agar, Pro-tray plants and Poly-bag plants. 
  2. All orders for the plants will be accepted with 30% of the payment as advance in the form of Banks' DD taken in favour of "Sri Balaji Biotech" payable at Hosur, Tamil Nadu and remaining payment shall be made 1 day prior to the date of loading the consignment.
  3. Three to Six months period is required for assured delivery, depending on the stage of the plants.
  4. The transportation through truck, railways, air can be arranged by us at your cost.
  5. The ex-agar and Pro-tray plants will be packed in corrugated boxes.
  6. The poly-bag plants can be sent through Truck only.
  7. Sri Balaji Biotech can provide on the field technical support for the cultivation of our tissue culture plants for a small fees.
  8. Insurance if any applicable shall be at the cost of buyer.
